Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Telegram identity — your numeric Telegram user ID and (if you've set one) your @username, captured the first time you message the bot. We use this to deliver alerts and to bind your subscription tier.
Linked Solana wallets — only public addresses you voluntarily provide via /connect. We never ask for, store, or transmit private keys, seed phrases, or signatures of any kind.
Subscription & payment metadata — tier, expiry date, on-chain payment transaction signature, referral attribution.
Bot interaction logs — commands you run and timestamps, kept for abuse detection and operational debugging.
Public on-chain & social data — we ingest public X / Twitter posts of monitored KOLs, public Telegram channels you follow, and public Solana on-chain activity. This is not personal data about you.

2. What we do NOT collect

Email addresses, phone numbers, real names, or government IDs.
Wallet private keys, seed phrases, or signed messages.
Browsing history outside of the gemwatch.app website.
Third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

To deliver alerts you've subscribed to via Telegram.
To enforce subscription tiers and rate limits.
To compute analytics on the wallets you've linked (only displayed back to you).
To pay referral commissions where applicable.
To operate, debug, and improve the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following processors strictly to operate the service: Telegram (alert delivery), Helius (Solana RPC + enrichment), RapidAPI (X / Twitter timeline data), and our hosting provider. We do not share your Telegram ID or linked wallets with other users.

5. Retention

Subscription and payment records are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. Bot interaction logs are kept for 90 days. You can request deletion of your record at any time by writing to support — note that on-chain payment records remain visible on the Solana blockchain forever and are outside our control.

6. Your rights

You can: stop the bot at any time (use Telegram's "Stop bot" or our /mute command), unlink any wallet with /disconnect <addr>, request a copy or deletion of your data via the support contact below.

7. Security

Data is stored on encrypted disk and accessed only by the operator. Because we never hold your private keys, your funds are never at risk from a Gemwatch breach. As with any service: use a fresh Telegram account if you want maximal anonymity.

8. Children

Gemwatch is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.
