1. What Gemwatch is

Gemwatch is an information service that monitors public on-chain activity and public posts from cryptocurrency influencers ("KOLs") on the X / Twitter platform. We surface patterns — token convergence, dev-wallet history, funding-source clusters, rug-deployment events — through a website and a Telegram bot.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on Gemwatch is investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice. All data, scores, alerts, badges, and rankings are informational signals only. Trading memecoins and any cryptocurrency is extremely high-risk and you can lose 100% of the funds you commit. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. We make no representations about future price performance of any token.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Paid tiers (Pro, Whale) are billed in advance for a fixed period (typically 30 days).
• Payment is made on-chain in USDC or SOL on the Solana network. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain it is final and non-reversible; we cannot reverse a Solana transaction.
• Refund policy: if our service is materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period you may request a pro-rated credit toward your next renewal by writing to the support handle below.
• You may cancel renewal at any time — your tier simply expires at the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast Gemwatch alerts to third parties without written permission; (b) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; (c) use the service to harass, defame, or coordinate market manipulation against any project or individual; (d) link wallets you do not own or control.

5. Accuracy & availability

We rely on third-party data sources (Helius, RapidAPI, Telegram, on-chain RPC). These can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemwatch and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, abuses the service, or charges back a payment. Upon termination, paid balances are forfeited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and through the bot. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
